After a few frustrating visits to repair my Brivis ducted Heating which was only 5 years old Richard had tried virtually everything that was known to get the thing functioning properly . Yes - you need the appropriate BPC licence to work on these units. I have a current licence that covers the correct fields, and some more. It is your right to ask to see a BPC licence from a technician, before any work is carried out.

My main focus of work is on servicing and repairs to evap coolers and gas heaters. Bonaire / Brivis / Braemar / Breezeair / Coolair / Vulcan / Pyrox. Please advise if it is another brand you have. I also do some replacements of gas heaters and evap coolers if deemed necessary after servicing. This is at my discretion, and is limited by current regulations and physical ability. I don't install or service central refrigerative or wall splits. If a heater is deemed unsafe to repair - I'll give you as much info as I have on the issue. You can then decide what steps to take next.
